The Report serves as a clearinghouse for information relevant to the status of Christianity and
             Western ministry in the former Soviet Union and Central and Eastern Europe.

 
 
Since its founding at Wheaton College in 1993, the East-West Church &Ministry Report has set as its goal a balanced and objective examination of all aspects of church life and mission outreach in the former Soviet Union and Central and Eastern Europe—as a service to both the church and academia.
 
The East-West Church & Ministry Report has received five Awards of Merit from the Evangelical Press Association.
 
Founding editor Mark R. Elliott, retired professor of history, now publishes the Report from his alma mater, Asbury University, Wilmore, Kentucky.
